Tiger Soccer camp is for incoming 1st-9th grade Boys and Girls. Campers will need Water Bottle, cleats, ball, and shin guards. We will also have a concession stand for snacks during breaks. Campers can bring money daily or deposit money for the week into the camp bank.

I, as a parent/guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Tiger Soccer Camp and acknowledge the fact that he/she is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby authorize the directors of the Tiger Soccer Camp to act in my behalf in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any costs (through family medical insurance or otherwise) incurred due to sickness or injury to my child. I understand the possibility of a concussion occurring to my child and will communicate with camp staff about awareness and management as directed by current state legislation. I hereby waive any claim that I might have against the Tiger Soccer Camp/Staff and the institution providing the facilities.
