Please wear athletic clothes, cleats are preferred. Make sure your athletes drink plenty of water before during and after camp and wear sunscreen. We will have an action plan prepared in the event of extreme heat. Concessions will be available for purchase.

I, as a parent or guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Legacy High School Football Camp and acknowledge the fact that he is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby Authorize the directors and coaches of the Legacy High School Football Camp to act for me in any emergency requiring medical attention. I also acknowledge that I will be responsible for any cost (through family medical insurance or otherwise) incurred due to the sickness or injury to my child. I hereby waive any claim that I might have against the Legacy High School Football Camp and institution providing the facilities.
